Meditation music is ideal for relaxing, being aware, meditating, doing yoga, studying, reading, massaging, or simply doing housework. It promotes relaxation and positive energy, which aids in the treatment of anxiety, tension, and sleeplessness.
The imagery serves as a tool, allowing the mind to focus on something other than what is happening around us. When the mind wanders, returning attention to the visual can help.

You can use our videos in whatever way works best for you (there's no one-size-fits-all), but here are some tips.
- Find a place to meditate: In theory you can meditate anywhere, but it's best to try it in a place with few distractions.
- Get comfortable: Get into a position and posture that makes you comfortable. Try sitting in a chair, lying in bed, or sitting on the floor. Sit in a comfortable position without slouching. It also helps if you are wearing loose, comfortable clothing.
- Wear headphones: While not required, headphones can help block out distractions.
- Focus on Music or Images: As thoughts come to mind, gently release them and focus your attention on the music/video, the present moment, and the sensations you are experiencing. The purpose of this exercise is to silence the inner critic and just BE. Let the music and visuals "surrender" - you'll feel relaxed in no time when you're truly immersed.
